Privacy Policy
Logging On
To log in to your account, type in the User ID and Password you created when you enrolled. If you are getting an error message, check to make sure you are entering the information accurately.
Logging Off
Please use our 'Log Off' feature if you are going to be away from your computer for an extended period of time.
The 'Logging Off' will end your session and you will then have to enter your User Name and password before entering the website again.
Voluntary Submission
The
Online Services Center
does not collect personal information about any individual user except when knowingly provided by
such individual. For example, we ask you for information when you
register to use the
Online Services Center.
You always have the option
not to provide the information we request. If you choose not to provide
the information we request, you may still visit some of the
Online Services Center,
but you may be unable to access certain options and
services.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The State of Florida has a very broad public records law. Be advised that if you do not want your personal information, including e-mail address, released in response to a public records request, do not enter any information. Instead, contact Village Hall by phone or in writing.
Cookies
The
Online Services Center
requires that browsers accept cookies. Data
is collected in a non-persistent session cookie strictly for the
purposes of controlling the user experience. A session cookie expires
shortly after the browser leaves the
Online Services Center
or when
the browser is closed.
Information Collected by the
Online Services Center
Registration Information - To establish a web user account, we
require your name, e-mail address, a user name, your address, phone number, and a password.
You create a user name and password as standard security measures that
give you access to and protect your account. The combination of the user
name and password you enter at registration form a unique identifier for
your account.
Kids under 13:
Do not send any information about yourself to us--including information
such as your name, address, or e-mail address. We do not knowingly
collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In
the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from
a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we
will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
